We(the organizer) appointed Kemi-Lee Co. ,Ltd. as the official freight forwarder for this show.It is highly recommended you use the official freight forwarder so that the organizer can confirm the shipment accurately.
In the event you decide not to use our official freight forwarder, we shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, delays or problems (i.e. invoice errors, import duties, customs clearance, etc.)
Exhibitors may use the other freight forwarder of their choice up to KINTEX, but all In-Hall handling must be carried out by the official freight forwarder
To provide adequate security, safety, and protection against damage to the exhibition hall, also for efficient, coordinated move-in & move-out of goods, no exhibitor’s trucks, cars, forklifts will be allowed inside any of the exhibition halls.
All equipment for loading/unloading will be provided and controlled by the official freight forwarder.
